Would many new products be released? Are companies holding back on launches waiting for consumer to feel confident? Deloitte is calling this the year of social networking, netbooks, smartphones and poor 3G connections. This sounds like more of the same from 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few things we thought might happen:<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 More Intellectual Property will be for sale on eBay.<br \/>\n2.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Release of Windows 7.<br \/>\n3.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 DVD streaming expands.<br \/>\n4.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Blu-ray will be slow to catch on.<br \/>\n5.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 New set-top boxes will be released.<br \/>\n6.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 The economic downturn will boost bargain-hunting.<br \/>\n7.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Netbooks popularity will increase.<br \/>\n8.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 The Fortune 500\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s will catch on to Facebook.<br \/>\n9.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Mobile ads will start.<br \/>\n10.\u00c2\u00a0 Wireless devices will outsell mobile phones.<br \/>\n11.\u00c2\u00a0 Apple\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s mobile share will continue to grow as others drop about.<\/p>\n<p>What do you think?
