I cannot tell you how many times I have been asked, “What am I supposed to do with this?”\u00c2\u00a0 The DVD is a mystery to most of our clients.\u00c2\u00a0 Some have immediately found an application.\u00c2\u00a0 Doug Williams<\/a> for instance, asked us to have the DVD prepared prior to his open house.\u00c2\u00a0 He played the DVD during the open house for the guests.\u00c2\u00a0 We actually had 3 of our clients mention that they saw our video for Doug being played at the agents open.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n

How do I suggest that they be used:<\/p>\n

1)\u00c2\u00a0 Obviously at the Open House\u00c2\u00a0->\u00c2\u00a0 Great music, entertainment value, setting the mood.\u00c2\u00a0 It can set a realtor apart from all the others.\u00c2\u00a0 A great idea would be to give copies away to interested parties.\u00c2\u00a0 Potential buyers can play the video in the convenience of their own home.<\/p>\n

2)\u00c2\u00a0 Keepsakes – Give them to the seller.\u00c2\u00a0 A DVD of the home that they\u00c2\u00a0used to live in.\u00c2\u00a0 The homeowner\u00c2\u00a0will keep the DVD forever.\u00c2\u00a0 It will sit with their other DVD’s\u00c2\u00a0proudly displaying\u00c2\u00a0your contact information and branding.\u00c2\u00a0 Forget the branded pens, refrigerator magnets and message pads,\u00c2\u00a0 if you want something that they will keep around with your name on it try our Video Openhouse DVD’s!<\/p>\n

3)\u00c2\u00a0 Listing Presentations – As part of your presentation to a potential customer, play the DVD for them.\u00c2\u00a0 Make a powerful statement and tell them that you use video as part of your plan to market their home.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n
