At the end of April, we attended a Ubertor<\/a> training session.\u00c2\u00a0 The workshops are\u00c2\u00a0tailored to aid the\u00c2\u00a0new Ubertor user, but the sessions are open to all real estate agents and are free to attend.\u00c2\u00a0 Essentially, we were on a fact-finding mission since the large majority of our clients were Ubertor clients as well.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n

By\u00c2\u00a0attending the training session, we\u00c2\u00a0were\u00c2\u00a0hoping to learn more about their philosophy and how it is implemented in to their products.\u00c2\u00a0 The training gave new users all the necessary insight into both creating and\u00c2\u00a0modifying\u00c2\u00a0pages within a website and maintaining listing information.\u00c2\u00a0 Even more interesting to us was their emphasis on search engine optimization.\u00c2\u00a0 Ubertor websites have been created to allow any real estate agent to easily set up and maintain their website,\u00c2\u00a0and during that process, optimizing the webpages for search engines such as Google<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n

The training session was filled with insights and strategies to help agents get the most benefit from their website.\u00c2\u00a0 After the attending the training session, we realized the effort that Ubertor has put\u00c2\u00a0into simplifying and optimizing websites for real estate agents.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0We liked what they were doing so much that we altered our own website using some of the approaches they were using.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n

The\u00c2\u00a0benefits of having a Ubertor website are both immediate and long-term.\u00c2\u00a0 The short-term benefits are the attractive\u00c2\u00a0design and ease-of-use interface.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0More importantly, the long-term benefits of having a website that has been optimized for search engines may prove to be even more valuable in this ever increasingly competitive world of real estate.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n
