{"id":63,"date":"2006-10-24T10:50:48","date_gmt":"2006-10-24T18:50:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vopenhouse.ca\/blog\/archives\/63"},"modified":"2006-12-21T15:00:42","modified_gmt":"2006-12-21T23:00:42","slug":"video-tours-promote-agents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.vopenhouse.ca\/blog\/63\/video-tours-promote-agents\/","title":{"rendered":"Video Tours Promote Agents"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We ran in to <a title=\"Website - Doug Williams\" href=\"http:\/\/www.rdougw.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Doug Williams<\/a> (<a title=\"Website - Doug Williams\" href=\"http:\/\/www.realtordoug.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.realtordoug.ca\/<\/a>) of <a title=\"Website - RE\/Max Crest Realty (Westside)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.remax-crest-vancouver-bc.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">RE\/Max Crest Realty (Westside)<\/a> last week.\u00c2\u00a0 We produced a video for a <a title=\"Video - Coach House in Shaugnessey\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vopenhouse.ca\/Listings\/view.php?mls=066_V594788&#038;ct\" target=\"_blank\">Coach House in Shaunessey<\/a> back in June.\u00c2\u00a0 Unfortunately, the listing ended up expiring without a sale.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Doug\u00c2\u00a0mentioned that the sellers\u00c2\u00a0insisted on pricing the home too\u00c2\u00a0high\u00c2\u00a0making it difficult to sell.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0Here is an excerpt of\u00c2\u00a0an email that I sent to Doug:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>I thought I would pass along some statistics that we track from our server logs.\u00c2\u00a0 Your video was viewed 2309 times in total.
