Video Openhouse, owned and operated by videographers Stacy and Ron Thomas, has given us a whole new perspective on the marketing of properties. The video/photo/electronic production provides maximum exposure in the shortest possible time-frame.
As realtors we are constantly on the lookout for marketing tools which will set us apart. We were immediately impressed with the concept of Video Openhouse. Stacy and Ron provided a high quality video tour, as well as a superb high resolution photo gallery and electronic brochure, all within a day of booking the appointment. At first review of the video tour, our clients were struck by the quality of the photography, and commented that these were the best pictures they had ever seen of their own home. They were also enormously impressed by the time that Ron and Stacy took to talk to them about features of the home and to discover the character of the neighbourhood and amenities it had to offer. Their product proved to be an excellent marketing tool for the property; the video tour is easily accessed by the public through the listing on mls.ca, and we were able to email the Internet link directly to other realtors and prospective buyers. In addition, it was all set in a framework designed to market us, as realtors, to the public.
