We first took down kitchen wall to open kitchen to dining/living area and removed the bulkhead pushing new ducting in the ceiling for new island hood fan New electrical was run in the ceiling for 4 pot lights in living area, chandelier in bedroom area, 2 pot lights in office area and 2 pendant lights above breakfast bar New drywall was added onto ceiling after electrical 17 new lighting fixtures were added throughout the condo We built a pony wall with new electrical for outlets/lights/2 sconces to give dimension to the previous open space where there is now designated room for office, dining, living and a bedroom We finished the wall with brick venire and cedar post&cap New laminate floor was added in the dining/office/living/bedroom New baseboard and trim throughout the entire condo New electric baseboard heaters in living&bedroom French doors for hallway closet New door for bathroom and barn sliding door to separate kitchen and laundry/walk in Built in walk in closet All new Samsung/Bosch appliances NuHeat system in kitchen and bathroom for heated tile New 2ft2ft tile through out bath/kitchen/laundry&closet Glass tile backsplash New cabinets/fixtures in kitchen&bath New Quartz countertops in bath and kitchen with breakfast bar New toilet and bathroom fan New fixtures/sink/tub/shower upgrade/rain head shower fixture/glass partition/framed mirror in bathroom New paint on all walls, ceilings, doors, everywhere PHEWF !
